Your Excellence,
Having exposed to You my sincere personal respect and high appreciation to the organization You do represent and lead, I am approaching and request to have your attention regarding an unprecedented breaking human right protection precedent, along with those of thousand and thousand others one, taken place in Georgia since coming to power and its usurpation by previous undemocratic government of Mikhail Saakashvili. I am not going to be precisely being describe in detail concrete abuses and infringements of human rights committed by the government in previous nine years period of its authoritarian “reign” albeit I briefly explore and divert your attention to the fact that so-called “pro-western oriented government” aspired toward the Euro-Atlantic integration and formally declared commitment to Euro-Atlantic values have organized and executed pure anti-NATO political behavior against its citizen, who was arrested and charged in espionage for sake of the NATO member-country Slovak Republic special service – military intelligence interests and imposed over him 20 years prison terms, based of article 314 of the criminal code of Georgia and officially being a try to hide the fact from the international community and precisely from Your attention. I am not underscoring those inhuman and ugly relations with inmates in the Georgian prisons equal to only Nazi German and Soviet Stalin regime style concentration camp frames.
Having said above-mentioned I do request to fully pay your attention to the fact of labeling NATO spy-master history case against to those person who was promoting the NATO integration policy of Georgia in 2004-2008 period of time and who have been fully supporting the Euro-Atlantic values and have been punished for that adherence.
